These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ibayar88 as the platform provider. By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or by using any service provided by ibayar88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out herein.

These Terms apply to all users of the ibayar88 platform without exception — including visitors, registered members, active players, and any individual accessing the ibayar88 website or mobile application from any device.

To register and use the ibayar88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses within the specified period and are credited automatically — no manual claim required.
• Cancelled, voided, or laid-off bets will not count towards the rollover requirement.

Once an account is classified as inactive, ibayar88 will impose a monthly management fee of RM 5 which will be deducted from the account balance until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches RM 0. ibayar88 will send members an email notification 30 days before any charges are applied.

To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in and make any deposit or transaction. All betting records and transaction history will be retained.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ibayar88 platform and will result in immediate account termination without compensation:

• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) or using another person's account.
• Any form of fraud, system manipulation, or attempts to exploit technical errors on the platform.
• The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or third-party tools to place bets or access the platform.
• Money laundering through the ibayar88 platform — all suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Sharing or selling your ibayar88 account to another party.
• Any attempt to hijack another member's account or gain unauthorised access to any account.
• Bonus system abuse, including creating fake accounts solely to claim bonuses.

Ibayar88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any member's account if:
